Fatigue is a natural thing. However, do you know adults spend seven and a half years of life tired?
A study in England found that adults spend about 2 hours 56 minutes feeling tired and running out of energy every day. That is, 20 hours every week. If accumulated, almost eight days each year adults feels fatigue.
