Healthy 2018 Resolution, Reduce This Type of Food

It's good you switch to original juice that you directly make your own.

If one of your resolutions is a healthy body, you must also try to achieve it. One of them by keeping the food intake. Here are some food intakes that you can reduce this year.

1. Soda Diet

"Soda has a high sugar content, so it can have a bad impact on health," wrote Elizabeth Narins on the page Cosmopolitan.com. Narins also explained that diet soda is also made with artificial sweetener which is not better, because it can reduce the sensitivity to the sweetness and make you want to drink diet soda continuously.

"Drinking diet soda does not seem to encourage some of its drinkers to make healthier choices," said a dietologist Maya Feller of Brooklyn, New York.

2. Color for food

A dietitian and author of Eating in Color, Frances Largeman-Roth from the Food and Drug Administration says that many color for foods in 2017 contain artificial coloring. In fact there is also a trigger of itching in some people. "I want people to eat a real and with the original color, natural, for example, from the original fruit and vegetables," said Roth.

It's good you switch to original juice that you directly make your own.

3. Vegetable chips

"Most of the vegetable chips are usually wrapped in flour and fried, this food contains a lot of sodium and saturated fat, for example, potato chips," said Narins again.

4. Pressed juice

Instant juice made from fruits and vegetables does sound healthy and can increase your nutritional intake. But it's good you switch to original juice that you directly make your own.
