1. 30 Seconds Running In Place

Stand up straight start jogging. Be sure to jump on your feet and land on your heels in the correct position. Since this is warming up then do it for 30 to 45 seconds without stopping.

2. Squats

Stand up straight with your feet apart at the same distance. Extend your arms forward. Now take the half-squat position and stand back upright. Do that for 12 times

3. Burpees

Take it in a pushup position then jump and stretch your hand up. Do this for five times.

4. Jumping Jacks

Stand upright, then while jumping, the legs move wide to the side and your hands must pass through the head and clap. Be sure to land on your heels. Do this 15 times.

5. Lunges

Put both hands on hips. Now stretch your right leg forward and bend. Meanwhile let your left foot stay straight behind. Repeat the same with your left foot forward. Do this 8 times with each leg.

6. Push-ups

In doing push-ups remember to keep your back straight. Repeat this 10 times.
