You may have thought that someone would not be able to exercise optimally within 30 minutes, and that was just a waste of time. But it turns out in less than half an hour, someone can exercise.
A study conducted by Pennington Biomedical Research Center showed amazing results. They studied as many as 464 women who were considered overweight and never exercised and exercised for 72 minutes during the week, for six months.
The result of these women turned out to show good heart health plus fitness. Count them, seventy-two minutes a week, meaning they do it for about 10 minutes a day.
