Study: Women Brain More Easily Stimulated than Men

A study proves that women's minds are quite complex especially when it comes to intimacy. It turns out, female brain is more easily aroused than men.

Researchers from McGill University in Canada conducted a study involving 20 women and 20 men, where they were shown erotic piece of film. Both of their brains are connected with two scanners.

The first scanner is an MRI machine that tracks stimuli in the brain while the second scanner measures the level of stimulation through a heat detection camera that leads to the genitals.

When the differences in brain stimulation are not too great, the researchers see a consistent difference between men and women who show that women have higher levels of stimulation in the brain when stimulated.

"No part of the brain has a stronger brain-genital correlation than females," according to a study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine. However, further research is needed for the conclusion of the complex nature of women's passions.

"In my opinion, the discovery that women have better brain-genital coleration than men is interesting and a combination of brain images with innovative genital temperature measurements," said psychologist Qazi Rahman from King's College London.
